The first book shown below is a workbook I created from lessons I taught in a Memoir Writing Class. In the back of the workbook are sample memoir stories written by each of the women featured on the cover, all members of the writing class. The second and third books are both Kindle versions, the first one a how-to book about developing and delivering an online course. The third one is from a series of blog posts I did a few years back, with examples of writing words and definitions from every letter in the alphabet. Finally, there is a small Italian Cookbook written after I took a cooking tour of Tuscany. Click on the links below for more information about each one.
Janie's Memoir Writing Class This workbook is a compilation of the lessons I presented in the Memoir Class at Discovery Village, an independent living retirement center in Allen, Texas. The class was dubbed, “Janie’s Memoir Writing Class” by the calendar creators at the center. The members of the class formed the basis of the lessons and the discussion. Samples of their memoirs can be found at the end of the workbook.

Develop and Deliver an Online Class This book provides the reader with the tools and knowledge necessary to create and deliver an online course using one or more online methods. Readers will discover the benefits and challenges of developing online content and delivering it synchronously, asynchronously, through recorded Webinars, and hybrid versions of each method. The purpose of this book is to give the participant the information needed to decide what kind of course content is needed and how to deliver it in a learner-centered online environment.
